Boiled Chicken with Shio-Koji

Ingredients (for a half chicken breast)

Chicken Breast
1 half (200 ~ 300g)

Plus Koji Shio Koji
35g
Water
1 tbsp.

Recipe

1.
Remove the skin from chicken breast and stab both sides of the chicken with a fork.
2.
Put the chicken and (a) in a zipped bag, remove the air well. Coat the chicken well with (a), put in the refrigerator and leave it for 30~60 minutes.
3.
Boiled water in a pot. When it comes to boil, stop the fire.
4.
Put the chicken in a pot, put the lid and leave it for approx. 60 minutes.
5.
Take out the chicken, cut the thickest part and check if the chicken is well cooked.
