Salmon Baked in Foil with Shoyu Koji

Plus Koji Shoyu Koji 200G

Salmon
2 filets
Mushrooms (any kinds)
25g
Onion
50g (1/2 piece)
Green Pepper
35g (1 piece)
Yellow Paprika
35g (1/4 piece)
Butter

1.
Cut the vegetables into proper sizes.

Put salmon and vegetables in a foil and pour Plus Koji Shoyu Koji 200g, then wrap it with the foil. Grill it with the toaster or griller for approx. 15 minutes.

Take out the foil and open it. Put butter on the top.
