Sweet Potato Cheese Cake with Koji Amazake

Ingredients (For 1 loaf: 8×20× Height 6cm)

Sweet Potato (you can use potato or pumpkin instead)
250g
Milk
50cc
Egg
1
Cake Flour
2 tbsp.
Black Sesame

Recipe

1.
Peel sweet potato and cut in round 1 cm width, then put in water.

Drain water from the potato and put in heat resistant bowl and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Heat with microwave for 4 minutes with 600w.

Crush potato with the back of folk and let it cool down.

Put (a) in another heat resistant bowl and heat with microwave without plastic wrap for 1 minute with 600w.

Mix [4] with a whisk not to make lumps.
6.
Put [5] and milk, beaten egg in [3] and mix well with a whisk. Sieve cake flour and mix.
7.
Pour [6] in cake pan which is covered by baking sheet. Sprinkle black sesame.
8.
Preheat oven in 170℃ and bake [7] for 40 ~ 50 minutes.
