"Hakko Bijin" Hot Pot

Pork (sliced)

Chinese Cabbage (or Chicory)
400g
Fried Tofu (or Tofu)
60g
Green Onion

Ginger (shredded)

KOJI BIJIN MISO
2 tbsp.
Plus Koji Koji-Amazake LL
125ml
Ginger (grated)
1 tbsp.
Sesame Seeds (ground)
1 tbsp.
Soup Stock (any kinds)
300ml

Recipe

1.
Cut Chinese cabbage into 2cm width and fried tofu into bite sizes. Cut green onion diagonally into 1cm width.

Put (a) in a pot and boil. Add Chinese cabbage, fried tofu and pork and after boiled, put green onion.
3.
When the ingredients cooked, sprinkle shredded ginger.
