Remove the husk and silk from the corn and slice into 2.5 cm-thick rounds, then cut each round in half across the center (hantsuki-giri cut). Remove the stem and seeds from the green pimento and cut into large bite-sized pieces. Slice the zucchini into 1cm-thick rounds.

Cut two 30cm lengths of aluminum foil. On each piece of foil, place half the vegetables and brush on the olive oil. Sprinkle over the Ryotei No Aji FD Granulated Miso and crimp the edges of each foil together to form a packet.

Cook either under the broiler/grill or in a frying pan until done. Season with black pepper to taste.
