Put (a) in a bowl and knead until the dough gets smooth. Leave it for 10 - 30 minutes. Preheat oven with 250℃.

Cut onion, green pepper and bacon into bite sizes.

Put [1] on baking sheet and stretch the dough by hand. Cover with other baking sheet and stretch with rolling pin. Stab several places of the dough with a folk.

Coat the dough with pizza sauce and put [2] and cheese. Bake with oven for approx. 6 - 8 minutes.
