Stir-Fried Cabbage, Green Pimento and Soy Meat Filet with Miso and Kimchi

Daizu Labo Dried Soy Meat Filet
45g
Cabbage
150g
Green Pepper
2 piece
Kimchi
120g
Miso
1 and 1/2 tbsp.
Sesame Oil
1 tbsp.
Recipe
[Preparation] Soften Dried Soy Meat Filet in water following the packet instructions.

Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the core finely. Remove the stalk and seeds from the green pimento and cut into large bite-sized pieces.

Heat a frying pan and add the toasted sesame oil. Drain the Dried Soy Meat Filet and add to the pan, followed by the green pimento and cabbage and stir-fry together.
3.
Add the kimchi and miso and continue stir-frying until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish.
